Position Overview:

We are seeking a Senior ML Engineer with a strong background in signal processing, akin to technologies used in voice assistants, smartwatches, and advanced audio systems. This role is crucial for developing backend systems that support our Liquid Brain technology, focusing on feature engineering and synergising it with data pipelines that feed into user-facing products.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the development of data products that involve complex feature engineering for material sensing data. Implement advanced signal processing algorithms, drawing on techniques used in voice, speech, music synthesis, and biomedical signal processing. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create intuitive data products, bridging the gap between complex scientific data and user applications. Utilize machine learning and AI to enhance data processing capabilities, ensuring high data integrity and quality. Translate complex material sensing data into user-friendly formats, enhancing the customer experience and product usability. Keep us at the cutting edge of dynamic system data processing techniques

Qualifications:

Advanced degree in fields such as Acoustic Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, Neural Signal Processing, Control Theory or a related field. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, ideally in industries developing products such as voice assistants, smart health devices, or advanced audio systems. Demonstrated expertise in digital and analog signal processing, and feature engineering working with big data. Proficient in machine learning and AI, with a focus on signal processing applications. Strong portfolio showcasing previous work in signal processing and data product development. Exceptional analytical skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
